As our public relations point-person, I communicated with the press about the opening of a new location; the pandemic-forced closing of that location; the creation of a new concept for the location; and finally the opening of our most ambitious concept to date.

I made television appearances with community partners in support of special fundraisers, free summer concert series, new location openings, and special events including Mardi Gras and our annual Derby Day.



I spoke on our core offerings, employee retention, and embracing technology in the workplace.
