Here are some samples from my most recent experience, writing copy and digital content.
This was the messaging displayed while the customer-facing site was taken down to implement a redesign. This small amount of content was drafted and revised many times to meet the needs of multiple business partners and effectively communicate with the customer.
I also contributed an article for an internal site, which communicated the improvements to employees and associates.
